An environmentally themed poetry/picture competition was held at the Environmental Education centre. The winners had their poems and pictures reproduced on wood leftover from the storytelling garden benches,and displayed on the centre’s walls.

I really enjoyed working on these, especially using the hole in the wood as an owl’s hole, and I think it was a lovely way to highlight the kid’s work.
