I tried out a number of petal configurations and shapes using white and  green bottles and light blue water bottles. The petals are finished and curled using almost boiling water, colour in the centre uses cellophane sweet wrappers.

Some of the flowers’ outer layer uses the screw cap of the bottle and others are fasten with paper clip wire. The stems are made from rolled up sections of bottle.

One of them also included the heat warped woven vase from this project, as one of the layers.
